Court Costs of Municipal Court


AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING COURT COSTS OF MUNICIPAL COURT OF THE CITY OF BURDETT, KANSAS

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF BURDETT, KANSAS:

Section 1. Municipal Court Costs
The governing body of the City of Burdett, Kansas under authority granted by Charter Ordinance No. 109 of the City hereby adopts the following provisions:
     
     Each person found guilty of a violation of an ordinance of the City of Burdett, Kansas shall be assessed
     Court Costs of $100.00 for the administration of justice in the Municipal Court.

Section 2. Repeal of Conflicting Ordinances
All former ordinances or parts thereof of the City of Burdett, Kansas, that are in conflict with or inconsistent with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.

Section 3. Effective Date
This ordinance shall take effect upon adoption and publication once in the official city newspaper.
