The Board of Pawnee County Commisioners congratulate the 6-man football team at Pawnee Heights on their outstanding achievement and claimed Monday, November 13 as Pawnee Heights Day. The Tigers qualified for the 2017 6-Man State Championship against Cheylin at Dodge City's Memorial Stadium after a 53-47 overtime victory over Weskan. The Tigers then captured the Second Annual 6-Man Championship with a 62-12 victory over the Cheylin Cougars in Dodge City.
